Welcome to Learning at the Point
We're a community kindergarten based in Point Chevalier.
We love working with parents, families, whanau and the community to create a fun, inclusive and educational environment for children aged two to five years.
We're a non-profit, parent-run organisation. With a maximum of 22 children per session, our qualified teachers are able to form close relationships with all the children at our kindy. This enables our teachers to spark imaginations, foster creativity and children kids everything they need to know to prepare for school.
Pop in anytime, there's no need to tell us in advance you're coming. We'd love to meet you!
20 Hours ECE Subsidy
Available for children aged three and over, the ECE subsidy is a helping hand for Kiwi parents.

Parents love our kindy because it's small. Our teacher to child ratio is one teacher to five children.

Our teachers
Our teachers have watched their own children grow and play here, and as parents themselves they know how important it is to find the right people to look after and teach your children.

Once you've filled in our registration form, drop it off at kindy. Forms can also be filled in at kindy.
